Navigating Life’s Journey : Lessons in Resilience, Service and Success

Synopsis of my professional journey
While working it was important to interact with many people in the office like colleagues, customers, business associates, industry professionals, organisations Principals, Ministries, CMDs, CEOs, etc. to render my duties towards the achievements. Besides improving the management process, communication skills and learnings in creativity and a lot more. While working in MSTC Ltd, I was fortunate enough to interact with most of the Ministries officials, and Hon’ble Ministers. Bureaucrats enabled me to learn how down-to-earth these officials are with meticulous methods and valuing time with knowledge and values. Some interactions with the members of MOU Committees were a great opportunity to learn from such intellectuals on growing up of MSTC Ltd ladder through new ventures which were implemented in my organization MSTC Ltd from time to time to achieve a star A rating. My association with All India Management Association enabled me to attend seminars, and Annual Day celebrations where speakers would be Industry leaders, Hon’ble Ministers, and Bureaucrats from the Government, which made to listen to their knowledge, and valued ideas on various industry solutions as well made it possible to interact in person with them. As an Executive Member of the Public Sector Public Relations Forum, (PSRPF) and National Executive Committee member of the Indian Public Relations Council (PRCI) was honoured with the prestigious highest award in the PR Public Relations Hall of Fame, by PRCI. Contributed articles to their Magazine the Chanakya and other social associations journals. I, as an example, prove that a person’s position and the chair he occupies do not make him great, but believe a person becomes great by his generous heart and his benevolent acts. My heart and mind are pure and self-imposed discipline, selfless service, a social person with a burning desire to help the needy, extending cooperation to all good programmers beneficial to society and a desire to share one’s happiness. Believed in team management while working which is a success ladder for growth, happiness and achievements either at work or at home. Networking, communication and PR are tools to explain and explore the purpose of life.
