Refund & Returns Policy / वापसी नीति

सारांश: क्षतिग्रस्त, गलत या छपाई-दोष वाली पुस्तक मिलने पर डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के भीतर हमें बताएँ — हम पुस्तक बदल देंगे या पूरा पैसा लौटा देंगे।

1. Books bought from our Book Shop

• Damaged, defective or wrong book: tell us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 88201 27806) or at support@anjaniprakashan.com with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). We will send a replacement at no cost or refund the full amount, including shipping.
• Change of mind: unused books in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we refund the book price once the book reaches us in resaleable condition.
• Books with signs of use, writing or damage not caused in transit cannot be returned.

2. Cancelling an order

• You can cancel free of charge until the order is dispatched. Message us with your order number.
• After dispatch, the order is treated as a return (see above).

3. How refunds are paid

• Online payments (PhonePe, UPI, cards, net banking): refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
• Cash on Delivery: refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the account you share with us.

4. Publishing, design, typing and printing services

• Advance payments for services cover work that starts immediately (editing, typing, design, ISBN filing). Work already done is not refundable.
• Once you approve the final proof, printing begins and the print order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If a printing defect is our fault (wrong paper, binding failure, missing pages), we reprint the affected copies at no cost. Please report it within 7 days of delivery.
• The exact terms for each project are written in your quotation or agreement and take precedence over this page.
